Abstracts

Deadline for submission: To be announced

  • The Scientific Committee (SC) welcomes the submission of abstracts on any neuroscience nursing topic.
  • Submissions must be submitted electronically via the congress website below.
  • Submissions will be refereed by at least two reviewers for quality, correctness, originality, and relevance.
  • Authors will be notified via email.
  • Accepted papers will be presented at the Congress and included in the proceedings.
  • Posters and workshops that explore emerging, innovative, or otherwise provocative issues in neuroscience nursing are encouraged also.
  • It is important to follow the abstract guidelines to ensure that your paper will be included.
Abstract Submission:

  • Abstracts may be submitted via the Congress website only.
  • Abstracts must be received by TBA.
  • After you have submitted your abstract, you will receive a confirmation email that your abstract has been received, with your abstract reference number.
  • Please refer to this abstract reference number in all correspondence regarding the abstract.
  • Abstracts should be original and must be submitted and presented in English.
  • Abstracts should be submitted in Word format.
  • Biography of the author must be included in the abstract or should be submitted separately.
  • The SC will endeavour to schedule abstracts according to authors' preferences but reserves the right to decide on the final form of presentation.
  • Presenting authors MUST register for the Congress.
  • The presenting author is required to inform all co-authors of the content of the abstract before submission.
  • Results of projects (clinical / development) that will complete after this deadline but in time to release results prior to the Congress can still be submitted. This abstract can describe the project and the analysis that will be available. This will assist the SC in reserving a suitable slot on the programme and you can update your abstract with results later.
  • All submitted abstracts will be forwarded to the SC for review.
  • Notifications regarding status will be sent once the review process is complete.
