about compass

Compass is Northern Territory Primary Health Network (PHN) incorporating Rural Workforce Agency NT's premier professional development and networking event for people working in primary health care in the NT.

Northern Territory PHN is a not-for-profit organisation funded by the Australian Government to work closely with the primary health sector to develop better coordination, support the health workforce and introduce new health programs and services.

Our vision is that people in the Northern Territory enjoy their best health and wellbeing. We achieve this by building strong local partnerships and directing resources to create a well-managed, high-quality primary health care system for Territorians.

As the Territory's Rural Workforce Agency (RWA NT), we also attract, recruit, educate and retain a professional primary health care workforce across the NT.

Registration for the conference is FREE. We are strongly committed to supporting remote health professionals to access learning, development and networking opportunities. This year, eligible delegates can apply for funding to support their travel and accommodation to attend Compass 2021. Find out more.
