The National Critical Care and Trauma Response Centre
The National Critical Care and Trauma Response Centre (NCCTRC) in Darwin, Australia, is a key organisation for providing emergency medical response and training. It was established after the 2002 Bali bombings and has since developed into a world-class facility specialising in disaster response, trauma management, and critical care.
NCCTRC would offer attendees a unique opportunity to see firsthand how the centre operates and learn about its role in both national and international emergency responses. The centre is equipped with a range of simulation facilities, including a fully functional mock hospital environment, that can be used for training medical professionals in handling mass casualty events, pandemics, and other critical incidents.
Field tour tickets are limited and can be purchased during registration.
Crocosaurus Cove
Crocosaurus Cove is a popular tourist attraction right in the heart of Darwin CBD and will host the 2025 WFNN "Sponsor Thank You" night.
This event at is a key social function within the program and will focus on shining a light on the incredible sponsors and exhibitors who are a part of the 2025 WFNN conference.
Crocosauru Cove is included in your overall conference registration, if you wish to bring an accompanying person you may purchase an additional ticket during registration.
Mindil Beach Sunset Markets
The Mindil Beach Sunset Markets is an iconic Darwin seasonal market.
The WFNN organising committee are arranging transportation to and from the market to leave the conference venue at 4.30pm and return from the markets at approx. 7:30pm.
