VISIT DARWIN

About Darwin!

Darwin is located on Larrakia country in the north of Australia and is the capital of the Northern Territory. Like most of the Top End it experiences a tropical climate with a wet and dry seasons, with the 'Dry' running from May through to September and the 'Wet' October to March or also commonly referred to as the 'Green Season'.

Due to its close proximity to Asia, Darwin boasts an extraordinary selection of flavours and tastes when it comes to food, with menus taking inspiration from the land with local produce such as barramundi, Kakadu plums, lemon myrtle and even green ants.
