Welcome to the registration page for the World Federation of Neuroscience Nurses Quadrennial Congress. 

To attend our event, please complete your personal information and select your conference ticket. For catering purposes please indicate which days & social functions you will be attending throughout the conference.

When completing your registration, please ensure:

  • Title case is used when entering your name (eg, Sally Smith, not sally smith or SALLY SMITH).
  • Mandatory fields marked with * are completed.
  • You select the 'continue' or 'next' button in the bottom right-hand corner to move to the next page.
  • You finalise the registration process through to the 'Registration complete' page.

If you need to register without a confirmed delegate name, please fill in the last name field as 'Guest' and use a temporary first name. Please remember to send the updated details to wfnn@associatedadvertising.com.au before 20 June 2025 to finalise the tickets.

National Critical Care and Trauma Response Centre Site Visit

The NCCTRC field trip include a 20-minute bus trip to and from the location as well as a packed lunch. The bus will depart from the conference venue at 1:30pm and return at approx 4:00 pm.

NO SHOW & CANCELLATION CHARGES: Should a guest wish to cancel their confirmed booking, the Hotel must be notified 30 days prior to the arrival in order to avoid any penalty fee. Between 30 and 14 days to arrival, should a guest wish to cancel/modify their confirmed booking, 1 night penalty fee applies for every full cancellation; a penalty based on the 50% of the night rate will be charged in case of room nights reduction. After 14 days up to the arrival date, or in case of No Show, any cancellation and/or reduction in room nights will be classed as cancelled room nights and will incur a charge equal to 100% of the full stay.

Cancellations after 20 June 2025 are not eligible for any refund. Check in Time is 3.00pm. If accommodation is required prior to 3.00 pm the hotels require each room to be pre-registered at the full group rate. Without pre-registration the hotel cannot guarantee room availability. Check out time is 11.00am unless otherwise confirmed by the hotel. A credit card may be required at check in for a security bond.
