My name is Prapti Chakraborty. I am a third year PhD student in Macquarie Medical School (MMS). I am working under the supervision of Associate Professor Angela Laird and Dr. Hasinika Gamage at Macquarie University. My project focuses on developing strategies for boosting butyrate levels in the circulation and brains of transgenic mouse model of MJD and elucidate the mechanisms behind it.
