A piece of history is up for grabs at Cattle Australia’s Cattle Connect 2025, as riders chase the prize of the first-ever winner of the CA Cup teams campdrafting event and the CA Jackpot individual competition.
Due to the huge interest in competing in the inaugural event, the competition format has been expanded from the CA Cup team event, to now include the CA Jackpot title for individual riders, thanks to the support of the Australian Campdraft Association (ACA) and prize sponsor Ceres Tag.
Complete the expressions of interest form below and CA will contact you and provide advance notice of when the 24-hour registration window opens with ACA for the individual competition.
The teams event has a limited field – to enter a team of three riders, contact either April Dahlberg or Sara Cue at Cattle Australia to confirm their nomination and payment of the $1000 entry fee.

Event being held during Cattle Connect at Dalby Show Grounds on the
11th & 12th of November. Team Event will take place on Tuesday 11th from 5pm – 9pm
How the competition works:
Limited Teams
Each team has 3 riders
Nominations are $1000 a team
All individual runs with scores added together
Round 1: Team Individual
Every rider from each team will compete in the individual round
Individual Scores will be added together, and the top teams will enter the final.
Round 2: Final - Individual Runs
This is a charity event and prize money as follows:
1st Prize = $10,000 to Nominated Charity + Team Winners Buckle & CA Merchandise
2nd Prize = $2,000 to Nominated Charity + CA Merchandise
3rd Prize = $1,000 to Nominated Charity + CA Merchandise
4th & 5th = $500 to Nominated Charity + CA Merchandise
